How it works
You engage tekFinder for standard tech recruitment (no change to your usual process).
At the terms stage, you can choose one or both Recruit for Impact Add‑Ons.
Your support helps fund free tech volunteering for charities across Australia and/or creates skilled volunteering pathways for your own employees.

Become an Recruit for Impact Partner by contributing a selected additional percentage of your recruitment fee (e.g. 1%) to tekFoundation, helping fund volunteer‑powered tech projects for charities around Australia.
As a Recruit for Impact Partner, you receive:

A Recruit for Impact badge for your website, socials, and marketing.
Logo recognition as a tekFoundation Recruit for Impact Partner on the tekFoundation site and social channels.
